Happy Birthday to Eli! Eli started out working on our food truck scooping ice cream. A few years later with some culinary training under his belt, he has become a cook and shift manager in our Nor'East Family Treats & Eats diner inside Town and Country Ford Charlotte. He is very detailed and puts care into every burger and sandwich he prepares. He enjoys cooking and making delicious food and is always up for cooking new specialty burgers and sandwiches. One of our “secret menu” items is the “Surprise Me Burger” (chef’s choice burger). Eli is always up for the challenge of creating an off menu burger that is sure to satisfy! Meet Linda! Linda has a wealth of cooking experience and adds flavor and creativity to each dish she prepares. Linda wears many hats, but one of the areas she shines is creating meals for our family style breakfast and lunch served to the employees here at Town and Country Ford Charlotte on Saturdays or preparing our large batch catering options. She often comes up with the Saturday menu and then implements the components. She is from Boston, so brings the New England authenticity and flair.![]()

Hard to believe it’s already #fishfryfriday! We’ll be serving fish and chips (haddock dipped in beer batter with hand cut French fries) today until 3pm. We also have gnocchi sausage soup and chicken salad available until sold out, as well as all our other delicious menu items.
